Our History:
First of all, a definition is needed. Who we are(GRSF) / about us? We are a not-for-profit,non-religious, non-political.Based in Bergen, It was registered in Norway,on June 05,2010 and its members can be found world wide,voluntary organization committed to raising and delivering aid to the worst hit Somali communities affected by natural disasters.
GRSF is a charitable organization to help victims of war and the brink of starvation in Somalia regions, but the civil-war crisis and disasters still in the land.
GRSF is dedicated to alleviating the poverty in Somalia and suffering of the world’s poorest people. GRSF charity aid workers in Bergen will distribute medical aid, collecting clothes and food supplies those who are suffering in Mogadishu hospitals and lying camps inside and outside Somalia.

- The nation of some 8 million people has not had a functioning government since warlords overthrew a dictator in 1991 then turned on each other.

We urgently appeal to humanitarian organizations and the international community to protect the refugees from the ravages of this desperate and dangerous situation, and to promptly send food, water, shelter, medicine and other essentials to the affected areas.
